Cookie policy

Analytics runs cookieless by default. If you never answer the cookie bar, or you decline, no analytics cookie and no stored analytics identifier is created. The only cookies set by default are the ones sign-in and payment need to work at all.

Visitors in regions whose law requires an answer see a bar with two equal options. Nothing is pre-selected, nothing is hidden behind a wall, and your answer is kept for six months. You can change it at any time from the Cookie settings control in the footer.

• sb-access-token and sb-refresh-token. Provider Lovable Cloud. Purpose: keeps you signed in after you enter your one-time code. Lifetime: the access value lasts one hour and the refresh value lasts until you sign out or 30 days of inactivity.
• shipready_cookie_consent. Provider ShipReady. Purpose: remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so the bar does not ask again. Lifetime: six months.
• __stripe_mid. Provider Stripe. Purpose: payment fraud prevention during checkout. Lifetime: one year.
• __stripe_sid. Provider Stripe. Purpose: ties the steps of one checkout together. Lifetime: 30 minutes.

• ph_phc_..._posthog. Provider PostHog. Purpose: recognises a returning visitor so a visit is not counted twice. Lifetime: one year. Set only after you press Accept, and removed when you switch analytics off again.

Analytics records page addresses on this site and a short list of named product events. It never receives the address of an application you check, and it never receives an email address. Text on the page is masked before anything is sent.

• shipready:check-bar-dismissed. Session storage. Purpose: keeps the check bar hidden after you close it. Lifetime: until you close the tab.
• Last checked address and referrer. Session storage. Purpose: carries what you typed from one page to the next so you do not retype it. Lifetime: until you close the tab.
